Training Plan 1.1
Here are the details on the adjustments to the training plan...
- I choose to drop the first two weeks of racing, a pair of 70 minute criteriums in Pheonix on 20 and 27 January, and replace that with "Endurance Block 2.1". This will be two more weeks of long back to back weekend rides, striving to get the longest ride up to 10 hours.
- Added the Tucson Bicycle Classic, another 3-day local stage race. I first did this race back in the 1990's, its a long time regional stage race and deserves support from the local riders. I'm making it fit into the training plan.
